<p><a href="https://github.com/zoq" class="user-mention">@zoq</a> I was mistaken, I just checked the code and the weights are reinitialized in each fold so that part is fine. </p>
<p>And the bug was a mistake of mine, I used logisticfunction so it was always predicting between 0-1 while iris had 3 labels. The error is fixed now after using identity function. The code gives results similar to the one obtained in the paper. Il be pushing the updated code soon.</p>
