[mlpack-git] [mlpack] Log::Fatal should give a backtrace of some sort (#380)

The code in `src/mlpack/core/util/log.cpp` seems to be the standard way of obtaining a backtrace in C++ (see http://panthema.net/2008/0901-stacktrace-demangled/). To be more portable, maybe use libunwind.
