 Hi there,

 Sorry for the slow response.  I have been without stable internet for a
 few days.

 It looks like you used Boost_INCLUDE_DIR not Boost_INCLUDEDIR, but I also
 realize my response did not make it clear which one to use.  Can you try
 Boost_INCLUDEDIR and report the results?  If it is not successful, can you
 also (after running CMake) do 'VERBOSE=1 make' to print the exact compiler
 invocations for the build?  Then we can determine which version of Boost
 the compiler is using and ensure it is the correct one.
