 I'm actually going to wait to take a look at this until the tests are
 done.  Tests are the most important part, and I don't want to really go
 through the code until it's verified that it's working correctly.  If you
 need help with the Boost UTF, let me know.  The documentation you've added
 looks good.  I'd like to ask if you could modify the documentation for
 SparseAutoencoderFunction so that it discusses the actual objective
 function that is being optimized.
