 This isn't a very good idea.  As it stands, the information on that
 tutorial is out of date -- Armadillo is now packaged on RHEL6.  So
 maintaining the information in README.txt to keep it up to date with how
 to install dependencies on every distribution is a very tedious task, and
 that information would be prone to going out of date.  I have updated some
 of the documentation in r15004 but honestly I think removing that section
 is something that should be done (I will take some time to think about
 it).  Once mlpack is in the Debian repositories it will be in the repos
 for all major Linux distributions and then a user won't even need to read
 that document; they can just install mlpack through the package manager.

 The documentation in the README.txt file already mentions that a user
 should refer to the documentation of the dependencies for installation of
 those dependencies.  The authors of those libraries have already done
 their own installation documentation; why should we reproduce it?
