Comment:

 As of r13945, there is now a CMake option 'MATLAB_BINDINGS' you can use to
 specify whether or not you want MATLAB bindings.  By default it is off.
 You could turn it on (if you wanted) via 'cmake -DMATLAB_BINDINGS=ON ../'.
