Comment:

 As a five-second workaround, in `src/mlpack/CMakeLists.txt`, comment out
 the line 'bindings' (line 8) from inside the command which starts
 `set(DIRS`.  I'll make a CMake variable 'WITH_MATLAB' or something like
 that, which can be used to disable MATLAB bindings.
