Applications Now Open for the 2017 Richard Tapia and Grace Hopper Celebrations!

The Office of Outreach, Enrollment and Community is pleased to announce that the 2017 Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing and 2017 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing Student Travel Scholarship applications for on-campus students are now open!

The 2017 Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing will take place September 20th-23rd in Atlanta, GA. Scholarships provided by the Office of Outreach, Enrollment, and Community will include: conference registration and a small stipend for daily parking/transportation costs.

Please complete the application<http://gatech.us1.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=de853fab347fb5756a5423781&id=b5d391cc9d&e=610eb0cd40> by August 25th to be eligible for a travel scholarship to attend the 2017 Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing. Please note that you will not be able to save your application, so you should complete the entire form at one time.

There are a limited number of scholarships to offer, and decisions will be made by Wednesday, August 30th. All applicants will be notified if they've received a scholarship from the Office of Outreach, Enrollment, and Community to attend Tapia no later than Friday, September 1st.

The 2017 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing will take place October 4th-6th in Orlando, FL. Scholarships provided by the Office of Outreach, Enrollment, and Community will include: conference registration, hotel, round-trip transportation (travel days include October 3rd and 7th), and some meals.

Please complete the application<http://gatech.us1.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=de853fab347fb5756a5423781&id=34b61acc06&e=610eb0cd40> by August 25th to be eligible for a travel scholarship to attend the 2017 Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing.
