Hey all,

I wanted to pass along the following info to distribute to W at CC, Grad W at CC,
and other women in the coding community at Georgia Tech. If you could pass
it along, that would be great!

Best,
Mike

Hello!

As one of Google’s key partners, we wanted to ask for your help in
promoting our second annual Google Code Jam to I/O for Women
<https://sites.google.com/site/codejamtoioforwomen/home> competition to
your members. After last year’s successful launch, we are once again
hosting the competition in an effort to bring more women to the sold-out
Google I/O conference in San Francisco on May 28th and 29th. Code Jam to
I/O for Women, is a contest where participants will match their programming
skills with other female coders across the U.S. to solve complex
algorithmic challenges for one of 100 prizes: a coveted ticket to Google
I/O and a $500 travel stipend.

We would appreciate your help circulating the following information with
your members via email below.

for Women is a national coding competition in which professional and
student programmers are asked to solve complex algorithmic challenges in a
limited amount of time. This competition will challenge female coders
residing in the United States to compete for one of 100 prizes: a coveted
ticket to the sold-out Google I/O and a $500 travel stipend.
