[UWAB] Tomorrow's set/up

Hey girls,

Hi!!

I haven't got a reply from Jack regarding the time the tent will be set-up. So,
I think I am gonna go to his office in the morning and ask him. I will also call
and ask when the tables and chairs are gonna be brought in.

Nevertheless, hopefully all this will be done by 8 PM. We decided that everybody
wanted to meet at 8 pm at the courtyard. As of now, lets leave it that way.

I will have to excuse myself for an hour though coz I have a dance rehearsal
till 9 that I totally cannot miss.

If there is gonna be any change, I ll let u all know right away.

Vanessa,plz bring the trash bags when u come tomorrow. Thanks girl.

Anne, the paper for the tables? Where is it kept? How can we get it there?

We can also decide on the final responsibilities and time schedule for each of
us so that everything runs smoothly on Thursday.

Yay!! I am excited. Its gonna be fun!!
