Hi Kathy and everyone else,

Yes...please add any information pertaining to the event to the swiki.  It
will make things a lot easier for everyone as it will keep everyone updated on
the status of things.  There's a link to this year's event at the bottom of
the page.  Everyone should be checking the site periodically so that we are
all on the same page.
