[UWAB] IMPORTANT Please Read

Ok, this is kind of long but I need you guys to stick with me.

Due to a low attendence at today's meeting, we're having to do some things by
email.  So, I need you all to respond to me and let me know what you can help
out with.

For those of you who don't know.  Next Wed. and Thurs. the 13th and 14th of
April, we will be hosting some High School Senior girls who are considering
coming to Tech as CS/CM majors.

We need:

10 people who are able to host (meaning have a girl spend the night with you)
    - let me know if you can and how many you can host

~3 people for a Student panel on Thursday around lunch time
    - this will involve answering questions for the girls, etc. and then eating
lunch with them

When I start getting responses for these things, I'll post to the swiki the
list to keep everyone updated.  Please volunteer for these things!!  Thanks
ladies!!

Ok, now for CoCaesar's wrap-up:

Who has the list of volunteers and professors that showed up?  We need that so
we can do thank-you notes and stuff.

Here's a list of the people/places we need to thank... (this is just what we
came up with)

-dealers/professors
-Companies
      -Microsoft, Google, HP, CNS, Ferst Place, Varsity, Holiday Inn,
Michelle's mom, SAIC,
-specific volunteers who helped out alot
-John(the DJ)

I'm going to post the list of companies on the swiki.  If you know the person
who was our contact at a specific company, please post it next to the company
name on the swiki.  This will let the letter be more personalized.  For the
others we'll just have to address it to the company.  Also, if you contacted a
company, please try to get us their mailing address.

Ok, I think that's it for now.  And please volunteer for next week!!
