[robocup-worldwide] Call for Participation: RoboCup at Home Education Online Challenge 2021

Dear RoboCup Community,

Despite the current global pandemic situation, our committee is taking
extra efforts to organize activities to keep our community together
while upholding our educational mission. With the huge success of last
year's Online Challenge 2020, we propose to continue the RoboCup at Home
Education Online Challenge 2021 this year in promoting learning at
home. The event includes a series of robot building short courses for
beginners via online classroom, technical awards challenge and live
streaming of remote participation online challenge. We hope everyone
can continue robotics development and challenges while keeping safe
and healthy at home. With that, we are proud to announce the
RoboCup at Home Education Online Challenge 2021! The event details are as
follows in the Call for Participation announcement.

We are organizing a kick-off webinar on March 24, 2021 to give an
overview of the online challenge event.
