*Call for Participation 2D Soccer Simulation*



The 2nd RoboCup Asia-Pacific (RCAP 2018) Competition and Symposium

*Pre-registration:*

All teams are required to pre-register through the online form available in
the website (https://robocupap2018.org/?page_id=10) before September 21.
The pre-registered teams should then submit the relevant qualification
materials.


*Qualification Materials:*

   - Team Description Paper
   - Executable binary files compressed in one archive file.
   - Log files (1 to 5) showing the team’s game play quality and an
   appendix that describes them.

All teams should have significant scientific effort on their bases (if any).

Teams should send their qualification materials via email to <
soccersim2d at gmail.com> before September 28. The subject of email should be
“Qualification Materials – TEAMNAME”. Please attach all the files to a
single email. After sending your qualification materials, you will receive
a confirmation email. If you did not receive it within 72 hours, please
contact the technical committee.

further information.



*Deadlines:*

• Pre-Registration: 22 September

• Material Submission: 28 September

• Announcement of qualified teams: 01 October

• Early Registration: 15 October

• Regular Registration:  16 November

• Late Registration: 30 November


NOTE: No team registration will be accepted after 16 November 2018
