Dear RoboCup Community,

The 2018 Local Organizing Committee in Montreal would like to remind
participants to please include all requested details in the invitation
letter section of the online registration. This will help to expedite the
processing of invitation letters. If you are unsure about the invitation
letter process or any of the details required, you can send an email to:
visaletter at robocup2018

They would also like to encourage teams to complete the online registration
and reservations for your accommodations as soon as possible.
