[robocup-worldwide] RoboCup 2018 2D Soccer Simulation League, Pre-registered teams

Dear All,

Please see below the list of pre-registered teams for RoboCup-2018 Soccer
Simulation 2D League. There are 23 teams, from 10 countries. While there
are 16 qualification places, the OC expects qualification materials
from *ALL* pre-registered teams. All teams who wish to qualify need to send
their qualification materials by the deadline (2 March 2018). Thank
you to those who have already sent their materials!
