RoboCup 2018 Small Size League

We would like to invite all RoboCup Small Size League teams to participate
in the 2018 Small Size League Championship. If you are interested in
participating, please follow the registration steps in this email.

Intent to participate

Before January 16, 2018, submit your intent to participate by sending the
information below to the RoboCup SSL Organizing Committee
<rc-ssl-oc at lists.robocup.org>.

Qualification Materials

All teams must submit a team description paper (or extended team
description paper) and qualification video, according to the instructions
on the Small Size League Wiki. The deadline to submit your qualifying
criteria is January 16th, 2018.

Deadlines

Team Qualification Material Submission Deadline: January 16, 2018

TDP Peer Review Deadline: February 2, 2018

Preliminary Team Qualification Results Announcement: February 18, 2018

Final TDP Submission Deadline: March 4, 2018

Final Team Qualification Results: March 14th, 2018

New Team Fee Waiver

Any new teams (defined as one where no member has participated in the
annual International RoboCup Major League competition before) may apply for
a team fee waiver. Note that this is only for the team fee, not any fees
for individual participants.
