[robocup-worldwide] Call for Remote Participation - 3D Soccer Simulation - Latin American and Brazilian RoboCup Open 2017 (LARC-CBR)

LARC/CBR is the greatest robotics contest in Latin America.

LARC / CBR is composed by RoboCup Brasil Open and IEEE Latin American
Robotics Competition. There are several challenges for soccer robots,
service robots, logistics, education robots, rescue robots and others.

At this time it is open the registration for REMOTE PARTICIPATION ONLY for
teams from countries outside Latin America. Registrations are available for
RoboCup 3D Soccer Simulation League.

IMPORTANT DATES
*******************************************
Registration Deadline: October, 30th
Binaries Upload and Tests: November, 7th and 8th
Competitions: November 9th to 11th.

All teams will receive certificates of participation. Remote teams who
finishes in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in final ranking of Open competitions
will receive an award certificate. No trophies will be granted to remote
teams.

Registration fee: US$ 330,00 (one remote team including 1 t 5 team members)

Registration Procedure:

1) Each team member should register to Sistema Olimpo (
http://www.sistemaolimpo.org/) by clicking on REGISTER and choosing
Non-Brazilian Student or Non-Brazilian Teacher.

2) Send an email to adailton.junior at gmail.com with subject 'LARC-CBR remote
registration - team <teamname>' with the following information
2.1) Team Name
2.2) Institution
2.3) Country
2.4) List of team members (use exactly the same full name registered to
Sistema Olimpo in step 1)
2.5) attach a 4 to 6 pages TDP (Team Description Paper) containing the
description of team development ans scientific research. Use IEEE Conf
format (http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/support/files/ieeeconf.zip).
If your team has taken part of RoboCup 2017 you can send the same RoboCup
TDP in Springer format.
