[robocup-worldwide] Support for Minoru Asada for IEEE-RAS

Dear RoboCuppers,

Currently, IEEE-RAS is running the election of AdCom members. Standing for
election is, amongst other, Prof. Minoru Asada, former president of the
RoboCup Federation.

In our efforts to strengthen relationships with other academic
organizations, we have already established several relationships with IEEE-
RAS, for example, we have established a TC from RoboCup in the IEEE.

In addition, having Minoru as an AdCom member for IEEE-RAS, would be of
significant importance for RoboCup. As one of the founders of RoboCup,
Minoru runs still many activities in RoboCup.  As a member of the IEEE-RAS
AdCom, he would form a tight connection between RoboCup and IEEE-RAS.

We believe it would be a great opportunity for both RoboCup and the IEEE to
support him, and if you join us in that belief, we would like to invite
