[robocup-worldwide] DNS change for RoboCup web services

Dear RoboCuppers,
during this week-end there will be the switch of the DNS server for some 
infrastructures.

This operation will affect and made unavailable for a (hopefully) short 
time the following resources:
- RoboCup web site
- RoboCupJunior web site
- RoboCup wiki
- Trustee wiki
- @Home mailing list
- @Work mailing list
- OC/TC mailing lists of many leagues

We will do our best to minimize this process.
Please do not plan critical operations during this weekend.
