Hi,

I understand that you will be attending the RoboCup in Leipzig, Germany. I’m happy to let you know that the Segway Robot team is going to be there on-the-ground as well. We’d love to meet you to geek out on our collective enthusiasm of tinkering with robots. And, also, to see if you’re interested in joining our team :)

As you might already know, we introduced Segway Robot and our developer SDK program during CES, and will be announcing our initial list of alpha and beta SDK developers soon. You can see some intro videos about the Segway Robot on our YouTube channel.

We’re now eager to connect with more software developers and hardware enthusiasts to see how we can truly do amazing things together.

If you’d like to be a part of our dev SDK programs, you can signup here: http://robot.segway.com. Alternatively, if you’re looking to join a team of fun, geeky, robot-loving, coffee-drinking, and technology-hugging people then apply for our open positions by sending your resume to Ms. Weiping Mao at weiping.mao at ninebot.com. We’re looking for technical evangelists (Beijing or San Fransisco based). We also have a general internship position open in our Beijing office for anyone who wants to spend a few months close to where all the magic is happening. Travel and residence included.

Email us at shanshan.wu at ninebot.com or kai.chen at ninebot.com, if you’d like to setup a meeting during RoboCup. Or, just spot us at the show-floor and stop to say hi. You’ll get bonus geek cred if you show us your robotic projects. :)

Looking forward to getting to know you!

Best Regards,

Shan Shan Wu
