[robocup-worldwide] Call for Proposals: RoboCup 2016 mascot in search for a name

the LOC of RoboCup 2016 is seeking a name for the event mascot.
A jury will select a name from all proposals. 
A prize will be awarded for the proposer of the chosen name.
