This short letter consists of a reminder of registration deadline and a notice of information form from every participating team, which is needed mainly for robot transportation.
 
   
 
1. Registration Deadline
 
The deadline of team registration is June 22, 2015. Please note that NO team registration will be accepted after June 22, 2015. Please find more information at

   This implies that any teams or participants will not be able to attend the event if you do not register your team by June 22, only a week to go!
 
 
 
2. Information Form
 
An information form is required for equipment transportation. Please consult the details including rules of equipment transportation at
 
http://www.robocup2015.org/show/article/56.html
 
In order to have your robots and other equipments able to be carried into and out of China, please fill in the every detail in the form and send the form back by June 25.
