RoCKIn is an EU-funded project aiming at fostering scientific progress in robotics through the realization of scientific robot competitions. One key element of RoCKIn is benchmarking: the definition and application of procedures, metrics and tools for the assessment of robot systems’ performance within competitions.

The results of the benchmarking activity of RoCKin include a growing number of publicly available datasets. These comprise both robot-generated data (such as sensor readings or pose estimates) and ground truth data (such as accurate pose data captured by a motion capture system). The datasets (and more information) acquired so far are available at

The site will be updated regularly following future RoCKIn (and possible other) competition events, such as the upcoming RoCKIn Competition 2015.
