Dear AAAI-15 Participants,

IMPORTANT: AAAI-15 is being extended to Friday, January 30 at 1:00pm! 
Please keep this in mind when making your travel plans.

It's time to register and reserve your hotel room for AAAI-15 and 
IAAI-15, to be held January 25-30, at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel, 
Austin, Texas, USA. AAAI-15 registration information and the online 
form are available at 
http://www.aaai.org/Conferences/AAAI/aaai15.php. The early 
registration deadline is Wednesday, December 10, 2014.

AAAI has reserved a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Austin. 
Please connect through the URL above or go directly to the hotel 
reservation link at 
https://aws.passkey.com/event/11023010/owner/16557/home to make your 
reservation. To qualify for the discounted rate, your reservation 
must be completed no later than Monday, December 29, 2014 at 5:00 PM 
local time. Please note that space is limited and the block will fill 
fast. Information about student accommodations is available by 
writing to aaai15 at aaai.org. Proof of full-time student status is 
required. This information will be circulated to student volunteer 
applicants and other student conference participants.
