[robocup-worldwide] a paper comparing different competition formats in RoboCup Sim League(s)

Hi All,

We recently wrote a paper comparing different competition formats, using
Sim League 2D for experiments:  "Simulation leagues: Analysis of
competition formats" (submitted to 2014 RoboCup Symposium).  A version is
available here:

The best format was found to include a round-robin for the best 8 teams,
followed by classification games between 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th, etc.
Perhaps, it can be used in Brazil.   Comments are welcome!
