[robocup-worldwide] Qualification Results - 2D Simulation Competition, RoboCup 2013

Dear all,

HfutEngine2013, Daredevils and AUA2D have delivered improved TDPs and
missing materials by the deadline. After evaluation by TC and OC, we
decided that they are now fully qualified for the competition.
