[robocup-worldwide] Human League called off for this year

Dear participants.

Due to the bad weather conditions and with it, the bad conditions of the soccer field, we have to cancel this year's human league, very unfortunately. We inspected the pitch tonight in the rain and it is not playable for such a big tournament with so many participants. 

I want to thank for the large interest and I hope that we can establish this league as a part of RoboCup for the future.
