[robocup-worldwide] Important Update: 3DD proposal submission

Dear all,

Since Christmas is on December 25th, TC decided to change to final
submission deadline for proposals of 3DD Competition to *January 1,
2009*(midnight, EST). This deadline will not be extended. Teams should
send their
proposals to Sahar Asadi (saharasadi at gmail.com).
