[robocup-worldwide] cargo issuing

Please be informed that all equipments delivered to Suzhou by cargo will be issued
between 9:00 to 12:00 on the 14th and 15th of July. The issuing service is not
available in the afternoons on these two days.
 
Officers from Custom Office and Bureau of Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine
will be checking all the cargo equipments before the equipments being issued to
teams.
