[robocup-worldwide] ATA not in Mexico

Hi All.

I have investigated, Mexico do not issue ATA carnets. They only can be found in USA.
What can we do ? 

We are two teams, one for @home and other for Humanoid Kid Size and we are flying directly Mexico-Shanghai.

Hi all

Small-Size-team B-Smart (Bremen) is wondering about the registration of the ATA 
Carnet. The question occured, how the status of the Carnet is supposed to be 
when making the copy to send it to you. Is it sufficient to have the formular 
filled in correctly with all information or should it already be approved?

We have already gotten the type 2 letters from the international affair office.
But there are some detailed issues to treat before sending them. We will try to
fax the letters to the applicants very soon, before posting them.
