Dear applicants for type 2 letters,

I suggest (for the nth time:-)) sending or cc'ing your emails about the type 2
letter or visa issues to Sunny (Li Jing, lij at sipedi.cn). That will be much more
efficient, especially at this critical moment, since she is the person who takes
charge of type 2 letters.
