[robocup-worldwide] Urgent Announcement

Dear all,

I do not want to complicate already complex issues. Just for
clarification: after what happened the last two weeks you are serious in
requiring us to register our teams and *pay before* we get an invitation
letter for visa? Who is guaranteeing that we will get a visa?
