[robocup-worldwide] "Heads UP" message

We had two AIBO's go missing after being returned to the US for 
repairs and Sony sent them back to us by UPS.  We really don't know 
at what point they went missing so we don't know if it was UPS or 
Sony, but it sounds like another non-recommendation for UPS!

After nearly a year of trying to track them down, Sony have said that 
they will reimburse us for them.
