Hello Dieter,

I suggest Trustees do not purchase the meal plan.  There are going to be 
several dinners and lunches and breakfasts, etc for the Trustees to attend.

We have had some teams from Germany register via PayPal already.  I 
don't think it is an issue for Germany.

The reason for the $50 is because the invoice process is not automatic 
(like PayPal) and we've had to expand the staff to handle that process. 
  I really want to encourage people to follow the PayPal method because 
there will be fewer errors and so on.
