<div>today several thefts of laptops from team areas have been reported. We kindly ask you to observe the following instructions:</div>

1) Please keep an eye on your belongings. Do not leave expensive laptops and smartphones unattended. Have at least one team member be in the team area when such items are left there on tables. Lock away your laptops over night or take them and smartphones with you into the hotel. <br>

<div>2) Always wear your badge and show it when entering or leaving team areas. The volunteers are instructed to stop you and not let in or out of you do not wear a badge.</div>

<div>3) Only major participants, volunteers and officials are allowed in team areas. Exceptions can be made ONLY by members of the core LOC, in particular Silvana Kürschner, Hanna Krajczy, Thomas Schmidt, Nora Furchner, Vivian Degen, Oskar von Stryk, Ansgar Bredenfeld, and Gerhard Kraetzschmar, NOT by anyone else. OCs and TCs are NOT allowed to take in anyone not wearing a major badge. </div>

<div>4) If you have items stolen, you have to report it to the police in order to get this certified and submit it to an insurance you may have. Please report all thefts FIRST to the LOC booth in Hall 2. LOC will take you to the police, together with a volunteer to help with translations and formalities. </div>
