The team will submit a TDP (or ETDP), focusing on the innovations and key components that enable the team's success. Content from previous TDPs should only be included as necessary for clarity, and citations to previous work and the team website should be included as appropriate instead.</div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">2. The TC will assign reviewers from other candidate teams, who will thoroughly review the paper, holding it up to the standards of the scientific community.</span><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></span></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">3. Additionally, members of the SSL community will have access to the paper, and will be allowed to ask questions or request content to be added to the TDP.</div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">4. The TC will gather feedback from the assigned reviewers and from the community. Only t<span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">eams with TDPs that meet the qualification criteria and standards, as judged by the TC based on the reviews,</span><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"> will be conditionally qualified.</span></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">5. Conditionally qualified teams will incorporate <span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">requested modifications to the TDP, and submit a final version</span><b style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"> </b><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">to the TC for approval.</span></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">6.
