Content from previous TDPs should only be included as necessary for clarity, and citations to previous work and the team website should be included as appropriate instead.</div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">2. The TC will assign reviewers from other candidate teams, who will thoroughly review the paper, holding it up to the standards of the scientific community.</span><br></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><span style="font-size:12.7272720336914px"><br></span></div><div style="font-size:12.7272720336914px">3. The TC will gather feedback from the assigned reviewers and from the community.
