<div>Hi,</div><div><br></div>Section 12.1 says a direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if a robot makes substantial contact with an opponent. In addition, 12.2 says that a penalty kick will be awarded to the opposing team if such contact occurs in the own defense area.<div>

This means that if the yellow goalie, in the yellow defense area, touches a blue robot in the yellow defense area while trying to defend against a goal, the blue team will be awarded a penalty kick.</div><div><br></div><div>
