<body class='hmmessage'>Hi Everyone!<BR>
<BR>
In <STRONG>my personal</STRONG> opinion, increasing the field size is not an AI improvement factor. If the league wants to focus on better AI systems for all the teams, then the work must be encouraged to improve the systems without changing other game factors, like the field size. By now, I think the "speed limit" in the robots can be controlled not with a larger field, but with the "Stamina Budget" in the robots. Several years ago, Raśl Rojas talked about that idea, and if an automatic referee system will be implemented soon, then that referee would be able to sense the speed and control the stamina budget on each robot.<BR>

<DIV>Hi!!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>Field size:</STRONG></DIV>
<DIV>We support the idea of increasing the size of the field (if the number of cameras is increased to 4 we could have 8 meters x 5.5 meters) . The main problem is that the speed of ball and robots is to high for the space thay have to move and there is no sense in having a strategic game if the ball can be scored from one goal to the other, another problem is that it goes out from the field a lot of times in the game. Another change is the position of the penalty mark because it is to near the goal.The size of goals should remain the same. This is a big change so it may be done for 2 years ahead.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>Robots:</STRONG></DIV>
<DIV>The number and volume of robots should remain the same</DIV>
<DIV>because it is less problematic to have one type of robots for all teams instead of using robots of different sizes.It is also a good idea to limit the speed of the robots and ball because even when the field size is increased the robots will become faster and it will discourage AI development over mechanical and electronical development. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>Referee</STRONG>: We support having an autonomus referee that generates the comands and one person to place the ball.</DIV>
