[robocup-small] Clarification regarding Small Size League Call for Participation

Hello!


The Small Size League committee would like to clarify information regarding our call for participation. The RoboCup 2021 will be virtual and decentralized, with a number of competition events either in simulation or on real robots in the teams’ own labs. The SSL committee will soon send out detailed information about the competition events.
