[robocup-small] Resignation

SSL Teams,

Effective immediately, I am resigning from my role on the SSL Organizing
Committee. It has been a great pleasure to organize and execute the
RoboCups in Montreal and Sydney. However, in order to make the best use of
my limited time, I must refocus on my career at Capital One and completing
my Masters degree.

I look forward to seeing the advancements that you all will develop in the
coming years and hope that you will keep in touch with me.
