[robocup-small] robocup 2019 live-stream

Dear Robocupers,


This year, there’s a problem in live streaming. Unlike other leagues, when the live streaming of ssl is finished, it’s not possible to watch it. I think it’s because of the youtube’s streaming settings. Me and for sure most of former ssl participants want to watch games. Hence, I want to ask you check its settings, and fix this problem.
