Dear RoboCuppers!

Please find attached the RCAP 2018 Newsletter prepared by the RCAP 2018
Organizing Committee.

You can find the summary of important information below.

VISA
All nationals except Afghanistan,  Bangladesh,  Canada,  Colombia, India,
Iraq, Jordan, Pakistan, Somalia, UK, and US are eligible for Arrival Visa.
If you need to apply for Visa before your arrival, contact
info at robocupap2018.org as soon as possible.

Flights
It is recommended that fly to Kish via Dubai. There will be daily flights
from Dubai to Kish operated by Kish Airlines. LOC will assist all
international teams with booking the flight tickets. For more information,
contact info at robocupap2018.org.

Accommodation
LOC will do the hotel booking for all international teams. After completing
the registration, a booking form will be sent to international teams. For
more information, please contact info at robocupap2018.org.

Late Intention for Participation
All teams are still encouraged to participate if you have not
pre-registered yet. Please contact your league's TC to indicate your
intention of participation. Then contact registration at robocupap.org to
complete your registration process.
