[robocup-small] Deadline

Dear All,

I'm Maximiliano Aubel, member of Artificial Intelligence Soccer (AIS), a
rookie team conformed by students of the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa
María (Chile). Sadly, we were not able to send the postulation before the
deadline. We would love to participate in 2018 RoboCup in Canada, so we
would like to know if there's any chances of sending the postulation in the
next few days.
