[robocup-small] SSL-Vision and SSL-Refbox Versions

Hi,

Previous years we had problems with the versions of SSL Vision and Refbox
software we use in our lab and what is installed on the computers during
the games. Can we assume current master branch for both projects will be
installed on the machines during the games or is there a particular
tag/commit/version that will be used?
