I will change the way of getting random numbers.

By this process, there is no way to prove that I used it.
So I use advanced mode of RANDOM.ORG.

Parameters are;
Part 1:
Generate 2 Random integers, 
Value between -1,000,000,000 to 1,000,000,000

Part 4:
Use pre-generated randomization from 2017-07-17
