[robocup-small] Registration RoboCup 2016

Hi all,

this is just a reminder that the early registration for RoboCup 2016
ends on April, 30th. All teams should have received registration codes.
If you didn't receive the registration code, please contact the Small
Size OC (rc-ssl-oc at lists.robocup.org).

We haven't received the final TDP from RoboIME. Please sent in the final
TDP version asap.

Additionally, I would like to point out that there is again a fee waiver
for new teams (all team members new to RoboCup). If you would like to
claim the new team fee waiver, please contact the Small Size OC.
