[robocup-small] TDP Review Deadline Extension

Hi all,

the deadline for the submission of the TDP reviews is extended until
Friday February, 19th. The review assignments were sent to the contact
email address of every team.

So far we have received reviews only from MCT, BRocks, RFC, KIKS, Anorak
and ER-Force.

There will be no further extensions.
