[robocup-small] EuropeanOpen

Hi all,

I talked with one of the organizers of EuropeanOpen to clarify if there are
enough teams for the competition to take place. He said, it will take place
with at least 3 teams.
There are currently 4 teams that will participate, so competition will take
place: :)

 * SSH
 * NEUislanders
 * ER-Force
 * TIGERs

Any other team want to join us? We welcome every additional team!
